The Fitness Room Body Transformation Bootcamps are designed to help you improve your fitness levels, shape your body, improve confidence and reduce stress. Iain – September 2017 21 Day Fitcamp

The bootcamp was unlike anything I’d done before as it came with clearly explained eating guidelines as well as three challenging workouts a week. It was a great experience, and I benefited hugely from all aspects of it; losing weight, improvements to my back, increased fitness, and getting my head around eating an enjoyable and healthy diet. The most enjoyable thing I learnt was that due to the coaching, my capacity for a really healthy lifestyle of good diet and meaningful exercise was much bigger than I’d ever imagined. Leon – January 2016 Fitcamp

Leon’s main aims for the bootcamp was to improve his health and revive his energy levels. Over the 4 week bootcamp leon dropped 9lbs and lost 10cm from his waist. “After 4 weeks my results were astonishing!  My overall health has improved immeasurably: my diet is much-improved (and far more healthy than it has been in years), I have kept up the exercise classes and make a point of attending regularly, and the physical manifestations of stress that were so apparent at the start of the year, are considerably diminished.” – Leon

Richard R – Autumn 21 Day Metaboost 2016

Richards aims were to reduce body fat and kickstart a long term weight loss and health program. Richard dropped 2.8% Body fat and gained 2.2% lean muscle. Overall he lost  20cm from Chest, waist and hips combined. He is now undertaking a program of regular exercise and healthy eating.

Dan – Autumn 21 Day Metaboost 2016

Dan’s aim for the bootcamp was to get stronger and improve his physique. Over 21 days Dan dropped 4lbs and 1.2% body fat and increased lean muscle mass by 1.1%. In terms of physique Dan gained 0.5cm on his chest and dropped 7cm from his waist creating a more tapered look.
