This course is for ladies who are between 6 weeks and 6 months postnatal.
The classes will help you to lose the maternal weight, regain strength, tone and correct skeletal changes such as posture and weakened pelvis. They will progress as the course goes on, so as you get fitter and stronger, the exercises will become more advanced to continue to challenge you.
Our 6 weeks courses run throughout the year with two groups to choose from-giving you great flexibility to work out on the days that are best for you. Each course gives you three workouts per week, assists with nutrition, and gives you the flexibility you need as a new mum.
