Our next course will commence Saturday 13th January 11am and will continue for 6 consecutive Saturdays at 11am.

Choices of 4 weeks and 6 weeks package options.

This is specifically for pregnant ladies who are between 24 and 36 weeks. The sessions will promote strengthening and toning of the whole body, which will help with recovering and ‘getting back to you’ quicker after babies arrival. It will also aid in reducing spinal and postural changes and promote mobilisation of the body.

The course will be a combination of light weights, such as Dumbbells, resistance bands and body weight exercises. There will also be elements of Pre Natal Pilates in there towards the end of each session with relaxation and breathing techniques in the closing phase.

Sessions take place at our fully equipped Private Studio Gym, based in Woodseats, Sheffield.
