After having my little girl in April 2015 I was told by another mummy friend about a postnatal fitness class in Woodseats (you could take along your baby and workout – FAB!). I booked on the class and I’ve never looked back. After only 6 postnatal classes I knew I wanted to have Katie as my PT to help me lose the baby weight I’d gained. In August I signed up to the Wonder Mummy PT package, which included 2 x 1 hour PT sessions per week plus a home workout AND nutritional advice and recipes. The price broken down and taking into account what is included – well, it is a BARGAIN.
The workouts were fun, tough and effective, plus I got along really well with Katie, which made it more fun. I faced a few obstacles with a couple of postnatal injuries, however, Katie was able to adapt my workout to suit my needs and allow me to still get an amazing workout. In December my PT sessions finished and I’d enjoyed it so much, I signed up to be a monthly member. Both Katie and Will are lovely, they know their stuff and they really help you to reach your personal goal.
During my PT I lost weight and inches vut most importantly, I got my confidence back. I still have a couple of stone to lose, but look what I did in only 5 months. I have no doubt that Katie & Will will get me to my ultimate goal and more.

“I work as a full-time Community Psychiatric Nurse. Over the past year, my job has become increasingly demanding and stressful. I undertook the 4 week boot camp to try improve my diet and energy levels, carve out time for regular exercise and, most importantly, handle my stress. Weight loss was always a secondary consideration; my primary concern was to regain some sort of psychological and spiritual balance – a reboot! After 4 weeks my results were astonishing! My overall health has improved immeasurably: my diet is much-improved (and far more healthy than it has been in years), I have kept up the exercise classes and make a point of attending regularly, and the physical manifestations of stress that were so apparent at the start of the year, are considerably diminished.
